Marketing Coordinator

Rosedale International Education Markham, Hybrid
At Rosedale, I led marketing for the company's flagship initiatives in international education. My work spanned campaign strategy, content, brand development, and event marketing, with a focus on supporting business development and partnership growth across 16 countries.
I built out a consistent brand identity for the Rosedale OSSD programs across social media and partner-facing materials, including pitch decks, brochures, and event assets that supported 20+ active partnership conversations, drafted press releases, and created monthly partner newsletters to keep schools and partners updated on programs, events, and student outcomes.
One of the biggest projects I worked on was the Global Education Innovation Summit 2025. I led the marketing execution, including the event website, virtual platform setup, and full suite of promotional assets, and coordinated across 40+ speakers and 30 leading universities. The summit reached 300,000+ viewers and drove 10,000+ registrations. I also handled outreach to universities and partner schools to support speaker recruitment, and moderated live webinar sessions with industry experts on key topics in international education.

During my time at Talent, I led integrated marketing across email, website, social, and paid ads, driving a 200% increase in website traffic and a 30% boost in LinkedIn followers within three months. I managed and designed the company's Shopify site, handling product page updates, brand consistency, and functionality improvements that earned me the Core Value Award for Trust and Accountability.
I also built and executed HubSpot drip campaigns and newsletters that drove a 22% increase in subscribers, and led the SEO strategy and blog publishing efforts that earned the company a third-place ranking on Google SERPs for target keywords.

Across seven years of freelance work, I built and ran e-commerce businesses end-to-end on Shopify and Etsy, owning every part of the operation from brand and product to marketing and growth. I grew a portfolio of fashion, travel and lifestyle Instagram accounts to a combined 500,000 followers organically and used them alongside Meta and TikTok ads, creator partnerships, and full-funnel email and SMS campaigns to drive traffic and retain customers, achieving more than 8,000 orders.
